Miami Pilot Boat "VIZCAYA" is now officially up for sale.

She was built in 1994 by the Premier Pilot Boat Builder, Gladding-Hearn and architect C Raymond Hunt.

She is in "Bristol" condition, as you can see from her photos.

The engine hours are 5822 and have been maintained meticulously with oil changes every 100 hours.

All records of all maintenance are available for everything ever done on this boat.

The below forward cabin in our boat was not built out.

It can be with bunks, galley, head, etc as other Pilot groups have done.

GENERATOR: Phasor marine HR 1814 K3- 8.5W HOURS: 5343.

AC UNITS: UNIT #1: Dometic marine air SN JO-M91024 - UNIT#2: Domestic-CruisAir SN 84398928.

The hull and bottom was last painted in May 2020.

Topsides were painted in 2017.

All 3 new composite/fiberglass doors were installed in 2017.
